Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) is rapidly transforming enterprise strategy, operations, and value creation across industries. This study examines the multidimensional effects of AI adoption on business performance, focusing on supply chain optimization, data-driven decision-making, customer engagement, and workplace ethics. Using a quantitative research design, the study analyzes survey data through multivariate regression to assess the relationship between AI implementation and organizational outcomes, including operational efficiency, revenue growth, competitive advantage, and long-term sustainability. The findings indicate that AI-enabled systems, especially machine learning analytics, improve process efficiency, strengthen predictive risk management, and accelerate digital transformation. Organizations using AI also demonstrate greater responsiveness to market changes and a stronger ability to personalize customer interactions. At the same time, the study identifies significant challenges, including algorithmic bias, data privacy concerns, and limited model explainability, which may weaken trust and regulatory compliance. The results emphasize that strong AI governance, transparency, accountability, and ethical oversight, combined with human capital development and AI literacy, are essential for converting AI capabilities into sustainable organizational value and resilience.
