Abstract

The research purpose is to see the effectiveness of online learning in Indonesia during the post-COVID-19 new normal period for 2020-2021. The research method used descriptive quantitative with the population being undergraduate students at Universitas Negeri Padang (UNP) with samples of undergraduate students in three (3) faculties, namely Language and Arts, Social Sciences, and Mathematics and Natural Sciences. The results show that the online learning process at UNP is running effectively because the online learning process has been initiated since 2013 so that lecturers and undergraduate students have sufficient insight and knowledge about online learning.
