Abstract

This study examines the implementation of a ChatGPT-supported assignment in an undergraduate organizational behavior course. Student teams were asked to submit draft blog content to ChatGPT, use the feedback to revise their work, and document the process as part of the assignment. Across two assignments, the analysis focused on prompt use, assignment criteria, follow-up prompting, submission compliance, and attempts required to meet expectations. Findings highlight the need for stronger scaffolds, clearer documentation structures, and greater support for AI literacy when integrating generative AI into coursework.
